Synopsis
'Gharshana' is the remake of Tamil super hit Khakka Khakka starring 'Surya'. Venkatesh and Asin are the lead pair in Gharshana. Venkatesh plays a cop who is part of the encounter team of the police. One such encounter with a dreaded don leads to the latter’s death. The don's brother plots out a revenge which almost kills the hero and his fiancée and breaks up the entire team. Yana Gupta does an item number. The tamil version was noted for its cinematography and music as well as the realistic portrayal of the cops and their lives the Telugu version too goes on the same lines without any dramatic dialogues etc. Raja Sekhar cranks the camera.
