Mahesh 'Khaleja' is a action romantic movie in which, prince star Mahesh Babu and Bommali Anushka Shetty playing the main leads. After their successful tie up in 'Athadu', Mahesh Babu, Trivikram Srinivas and Mani Sharma once again teams up to deliver this long awaited product Mahesh 'Khaleja'. This is the story of an ordinary taxi driver (Mahesh Babu). He doesn't involve in other's matter. Hero is the grandson of a principled middle class teacher.
The ptotogonist of the films lives life on his own terms as a taxi driver, circumstances take him to Rajasthan and this leads to a surprise attack on both of them, they survive and escape from the jaws of death. Hero is seriously injured in the process. when hero regains consciousness, he is in a village and is treated by some villagers. The villagers tell their protogonist to save them and their village. Will hero sympathise with villages and become the savior of village or will he leave their village? You are bound to realize how true this actually is.
