Synopsis

The shooting of 'Naa Alludu' directed by Mullapudi Vara and produced by Giri on the banner of Sri Bharati Enterprises with NTR, Shriya and Genelia in the lead was almost complete except canning of three songs. Of the seven songs two were choreographed at Ramoji Film City and another in a specially erected at RFC. Two songs were planned at New Zealand, one in Kerala or Kudremukh, and the last song again somewhere in Hyderabad. With this the shooting part would be completed. Producer Giri says, 'NTR is playing in a never before character as a youth who was awaiting a job after completing his MBA. It has a comedy touch. At the same time, NTR's action would be quite stylish. As a whole, it is a wholesome family entertainer with action. Ramyakrishna is playing the role of NTR's mother-in-law, while Shriya and Genelia played her daughters. There are several films with mother-in-law and son-in-law combination. But this would be quite different. All the seven tunes given by Devisri Prasad are catchy and very attractive. When I had the story in mind, I thought of approaching Dr Raghavendra Rao for direction. As he was busy with other films, we chose to introduce Mullapudi Vara on the advice of Rajamouli. It is really a NTR-range film and Vara had directed the film with total dedication. We did not compromise at any time and did not limit the budget. All the sets erected for the film are quite nice. The audiences could realise the richness on the screen. We are planning to release the film as Sankranthi gift.
