Synopsis
Ravi Shankar came up with an extraordinary story for the film 'Narasimhudu' and it was immediately Okayed by everybody. NTR has forecast that Ravi Shankar would become a sensational director in Telugu and hopefully he would act in the direction of Ravi Shankar in the future. NTR also opined that this story would be a story Telugu film industry has never seen so far. "Sameera Reddy is an actress who is hard to match on the dance floor. She has such fluid movements, and I hope I have done my best to match her. Working under the direction of B Gopal has also taught me a lot about films as he is a very capable director who knows exactly what he wants form an actor." said NTR. There is one particular dialogue which was said for a whole two minutes and in a single breath and without a cut. There are six songs in this film. Two songs were filmed in Switzerland. One train song was picturized on NTR and Arti Agarwal in the border of Tamilnadu and Kerala. Three songs were shot in sets.
Producer Chengala Venkat Rao said that it was Samarasimha Reddy that made him famous and got him fame. He wanted to do a bigger film than Samarasimha Reddy and waited all the while though he got dates of NTR.
Dialogue writer Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao said that this script is tailor-made for NTR. There are two heroines - Amisha Patel and Sameera Reddy - in this film. First half of the film would have city backdrop and the second half would have village backdrop. Paruchuri brothers prepared three versions of dialogues for this film. This film has all the ingredients that are required for a potboiler - sentiment, action, crime, emotions, entertainment, comedy and family orientation. Paruchuri Gopala Krishna said that the story of the film is about Narasimhudu protecting the interests of his village. This is the 298th film of Paruchuri brothers.
