Synopsis: Adithya the hero of the film falls in love with a girl who works in a bank. But he marries another girl in an unexpected situation. Due to circumstance he joins as a servant in his wife's house. To his fate, his lover also joins the house as a tenant. Situation of this guy between his wife and his lover in the same house forms the main story line of the film 'Ottu Ee Ammaye Evaro Theleedu'. As per director Haribabu it is a comedy-oriented movie.
