Synopsis

After his debut film Vishnu, he took a breather and then started shooting for Suryam directed by Samudra opposite svelte heroine Celina Jaitley. He is brimming with self-confidence as the film boasts of many unique elements. “This time it will hit the bull’s eye. It has the right ingredients — classy treatment, stunts for the masses, haunting music and of course the glamour of Celina that makes the movie special,” says Vishnu.

Talking about Suryam, he says, “All of us including my father have worked hard on this project. Chakri’s music is unforgettable. The amazing stunts by Stunt Shiva are definitely going to be one of the highlights of the film. We have included a stunt scene suggested by Jackie Chan when we met him and picturised it on Celina Jaitley, who tries to save me from the goons.”

Vishnu says that he is happy to portray a cool guy who just listens to his heart. “I identify with my role a lot. Meeting the heroine changes his life. As of now I cannot spill the beans, but I can assure you that my role is treated in a unique way. The story is fantastic,” says Vishnu who is a good scriptwriter too. What about the off-screen chemistry between him and Celina? Barely able to conceal his excitement he adds, “She is so cool. We really had great fun on the shoot and off the shoot.

Apart from becoming a close friend, she became a part of my family. She had tears in her eyes when she returned to Mumbai. That speaks volumes doesn’t it?”
