'143 - and I miss you' is a typical romantic movie. The basic storyline is fresh. Good music and Puri Jagan's screenplay which does not choose the beaten path to narrate a love story coupled with good cinematography by Shyam K Naidu makes the film entertaining.

Story:Siddu (Sairam Shankar) and Sanjana (Samiksha) are neighbors. Sanjana is the only sister of four elder brothers. Siddu is liked by Sanjana’s brothers. Sanjana elopes with Siddu and circumstances separate them. Sanjana lands up in the fold of naxalites while Siddu gets shelter in the house of a journalist (Flora Saini). Siddu and Sanjana think that their counterpart is dead. Uniting of the lovers form the rest of the story.
Music: Music by chakri is impressive.
Performance: Looks and performance wise both Sairam Shankar and Samiksha are average. Asha Saini (Flora Saini) put on lot of weight and it shows up even more on the screen. Puja (daughter of Subhashini) did a small role and she is just OK.
