'Bhadra' story looks similar to that of Okkadu. In Bhadra the story is narrated in a flashback. Director Boyapati Seenu could not maintain the tempo of the film through out. His direction and screnplay is average. First half of the film is average and second half is violent.
Story:
Bhadra (Ravi Teja) is good friends with Raja (Deepak). Bhadra falls in love at the first sight with Raja's sister Anu (Meera Jasmine) when he sees her on a video. Bhadra pays a visit to the house of Raja to get familiarize with her. Incidentally, Raja's family is highly involved in feud factions. And the family of Raja is erased by faction leader Veeraiah (Pradeep Rawat). Bhadra rescues Anu and takes her to his home. The rest of the story is all about how he protects her and eliminates the gang of Veeraiah in that process.
Performance:
Ravi Teja's histrionics are brilliant. His is excellent as a romantic lover and a rough action hero. Meera Jasmine and Deepak are commendable. Prakash Raj is excellent as the father of the heroine. Pradeep Rawat is Ok. All the others are adequate.
Music: Music by Devi Sri Prasad is average.Songs 'Sa Sa Sye' and 'Nuvvu Naku Manasisthe' are the pick of the lot.
Verdict: Average.
