'Konchem Touchlo Vunte Cheputanu' has a very routine storyline. The first of half the film is all about silly and outdate jokes performed by Vamsy's usual suspects - Krishna Bhagavan, Jeeva, M S Narayana and others. It is the second half of the film and Prakash Raj's character has saved the film. All these performances and scenes are very ordinary and cliched. Vamsy in usual manner has tried to narrate the wafer thin story with his outdated jokes.
Story: Kalidasu (Shivaji) works in an office and is cheated by friend. In a desperate position he tries to commit suicide. JP (Prakash Raju) rescues him and also hands over him Rs 10 lakhs. JP says he runs a trust that saves people who are frustrated. And meanwhile, he falls in love with Alakananda (Veda) seeing her on a TV program. She runs a boutique.
His love at first sight comes fruit when Alakananda but with a condition. She accepts his love on the condition of being just friends till the next Valentine's day and if she likes him, she would accept his love.
So the rest of the film is how impress her during this period and wins her heart. Meanwhile, there runs a parallel story of JP's 'insurance business' scam. JP kills saves miserable people only to kill them later after claiming insurance. That's is his business. Then how come Kalidasu escapes from him? That is the twist in the story.
Music:Chakri's music is average. Couple of songs are hummable.
Performance: Shivaji has done okay job but most of the time he has tried to imitate Rajendra Prasad. Veda's face is not that good but she looks good in Vamsy mark sleeveless blouses.
Verdict Below Average.
